Skurda

Termini e condizioni d'uso

Ultimo aggiornamento: 29 settembre 2026 · Versione app: 3.2

In sintesi

1. Accettazione

Scaricando e usando Skurda (l'"app") accetti questi termini.

Possiamo aggiungere, modificare o rimuovere funzioni nelle versioni successive. Se una modifica riduce in modo sostanziale le funzioni comprese in un abbonamento attivo, te ne daremo notizia e potrai disdire con le modalità del punto 4.

Terms & Conditions

The rules for using the Skurda app.

Last updated: 29 September 2026 · App version: 3.2

In short

  • The app is free up to 10 recurring expenses and 20 daily expenses a month added by hand or from a receipt; beyond those limits Premium is required.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically and are cancelled in your Apple Account settings, not by us.
  • The app is a note-keeping tool: it is not financial advice and does not connect to your bank.
  • Data lives on your device: backups are your responsibility.

1. Acceptance

By downloading and using Skurda (the "app") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. The app is developed and distributed by Rocco Barletta ("we", "us").

2. Licence

The app is distributed through the App Store and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, available here: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms supplement that agreement and, to the extent they are inconsistent with it, Apple's agreement prevails.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices linked to your Apple Account. You may not decompile, modify, resell or distribute the app, or create derivative works from it, except as permitted by law.

3. Free version and expense limits

The app can be used free of charge with a limit of 10 saved recurring expenses. The limit counts all recurring expenses in the app, including paused ones: pausing an expense does not free up a slot.

Daily expenses added by hand or from a receipt photo are free up to 20 per calendar month; the count starts again every month. Once the limit is reached, the ones already logged stay visible and editable, but adding new ones in the same month requires Premium. Logging payments automatically always requires Premium.

If you hold Premium and create more than 10 recurring expenses, and Premium later ends (through expiry, non-renewal or the end of a trial period), your expenses are not deleted: those exceeding the free limit are automatically paused, starting with the most recent ones. Paused expenses remain visible in the list but are excluded from totals, Trend and Calendar. Reactivating them requires Premium.

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium unlocks additional features, including unlimited recurring and daily expenses, automatic payment logging, iCloud backup, import/export and the annual savings report. It is available as an auto-renewing subscription and, where offered, as a one-off lifetime purchase.

5. Nature of the app: not financial advice

Skurda is a tool for manually recording recurring expenses and viewing their trend. It is not a payment service, it is not connected to your bank accounts or cards, it makes no payments and does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Totals, projections and charts are automatic calculations based solely on the data you enter, and are purely informational. They do not constitute financial, tax or investment advice. Any financial decisions you make on the basis of information shown by the app remain your sole responsibility. Always verify actual amounts with the relevant service providers.

Some features automatically infer category and frequency from the expense name (for example when you add an expense with Siri or from the suggestion helper): the result is a guess, and expenses created this way are flagged as Needs review, because you need to verify their amount and due date.

6. Data and backups

Your data is stored in your device's memory and automatically synced to your personal iCloud account, if you're signed in to iCloud on the device: you'll find it on another device signed in with the same Apple Account too. We never hold a copy of it ourselves. If you're not signed in to iCloud, or if you uninstall the app from every device linked to your Apple Account, data not saved elsewhere is irreversibly lost.

We still recommend using the Export expenses function periodically and keeping the file somewhere safe, independent of iCloud. For the processing of personal data see the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

8. Availability and changes to the service

We strive to keep the app working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Some features depend on third-party services (Apple, and the providers listed in the Privacy Policy) and may be temporarily unavailable for reasons beyond our control.

We may add, change or remove features in later versions. If a change substantially reduces the features included in an active subscription, we will notify you and you may cancel as described in section 4.

9. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or missed savings arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights granted to you by law as a consumer, including the statutory guarantee of conformity and the mandatory rights provided by the Italian Consumer Code and European legislation.

10. Intellectual property

The app's name, logo, interface, texts and code are owned by us or by the respective licensors. Names of services that may appear in the suggestion catalogue (for example names of streaming platforms or carriers) belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only, to help you recognise the expense: they imply no affiliation or sponsorship.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or to the law. The updated version is published on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the app and cancel any subscription.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you act as a consumer, mandatory provisions remain applicable, as does the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence or elected domicile if located in Italy, together with the protections afforded by the law of your country of residence in the European Union.
